Oceanfront Condominium with pool

This beautiful two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area.

The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

North Breakers 405 offers a good ocean view, and has has many upgrades throughout. In addition, North Breakers 405 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Great Place!

Clean, cozy place convenient to everything! Our family, one child and three adults, were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The view on the balcony was nice with a breeze. The pool was close by and easy accessibility to and from the beach with the private boardwalk. We didn’t find many shells but the beach was breathtaking! Great family vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice Condo

Better for a couple. Would be small for a family. Very noisy during the day. A lot of construction type noise. I’m sure the units closer to the beach would be better.

Exactly What We Needed

We needed a quick weekend holiday, and we were lucky enough to happen upon this listing. The property is exactly as pictured, and the local area is lovely. It was quiet and clean. Only things to note...the management company sent out many extra emails, which was confusing. Also, when we were there, to get to the beach, you have to walk through a slight marsh. There were lots of mosquitoes, so plan for that! It was a short trek through though, and very much worth it for the natural, uncrowded, BEAUTIFUL beach! We saw dolphins!! My daughters loved that.

The condo was nice. There were a few places that could have been cleaner. There were Cheerios on the counter…we didn’t have Cheerios. The knives in the knife block were put away dirty and there was cheese stuck to the bottom of one of the plates. I do realize that the dirty dishes issue was likely previous guests that put things away dirty and weren’t checked. The check-in process is dated, picking up and dropping off keys isn’t something I encounter typically. Property management was responsive and good. I loved the location and the view was nice and something that can be difficult to find on St. Simons. The place itself was great.

Great Spot for Family Vaca

We were very pleased with our rental. The accommodations were neat and clean and very livable. There was a great pool and good beach, even the hike to the beach was a little far. The complex was quite and the landscape was quite pretty. It was easy to get into town and tourist attractions. I would recommend staying here.

Quick but wonderful stay

Our family came for a quick weekend! The check in process was quick and easy, we entered our condo and it was just as described. We had everything we needed! Beds were ver comfortable and the condo was roomy! We can’t wait to come back.
