Clean, cozy place convenient to everything! Our family, one child and three adults, were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The view on the balcony was nice with a breeze. The pool was close by and easy accessibility to and from the beach with the private boardwalk. We didn’t find many shells but the beach was breathtaking! Great family vacation. The property is exactly as pictured, and the local area is lovely. It was quiet and clean. Only things to note...the management company sent out many extra emails, which was confusing. Also, when we were there, to get to the beach, you have to walk through a slight marsh. There were lots of mosquitoes, so plan for that! It was a short trek through though, and very much worth it for the natural, uncrowded, BEAUTIFUL beach! We saw dolphins!! There were a few places that could have been cleaner. There were Cheerios on the counter…we didn’t have Cheerios. The knives in the knife block were put away dirty and there was cheese stuck to the bottom of one of the plates. I do realize that the dirty dishes issue was likely previous guests that put things away dirty and weren’t checked. The check-in process is dated, picking up and dropping off keys isn’t something I encounter typically. Property management was responsive and good. I loved the location and the view was nice and something that can be difficult to find on St. Simons. The accommodations were neat and clean and very livable. There was a great pool and good beach, even the hike to the beach was a little far. The complex was quite and the landscape was quite pretty. It was easy to get into town and tourist attractions. Long walk to the beach but it was worth the walk. The check in process was quick and easy, we entered our condo and it was just as described. We had everything we needed! Beds were ver comfortable and the condo was roomy!
