The property was conviently located for public transportation. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
The carpet in my room was shredded in one area. The furniture, old and torn up. The bed was comfortable and an extra blanket was available.
Delayed check in. I informed in advance under disabilities/special assistance that I was traveling with my service animal. This apparently wasnt noted on my file, and the man working the desk had me wait 10 minutes while he tried to get someone on the phone. He then said "he was accepting the risk." Im not sure what risk there is to take with a service animal.
My key card stopped working on my second day. When I went to get it fixed, the man (same guy) at the desk accused me of using my credit card instead of the key card.🙄 The key card was in my hand. He was able to fix the issue.
The same worker was unable to acquire me a taxi for my departure. I had no issues with any other hotels or restaurants in acquiring a cab. I had no issues getting a cab myself throughout the city.
