"We had a good stay at the hotel. There’s plenty of parking, and the location is convenient—close to Founders Bridge and downtown West Hartford. The hotel is currently going through some renovations, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple and basic. The front desk staff were okay, though not the friendliest. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The facility was very nice. We ate in the on site tavern/restaurant. One problem is there was a fire alarm malfunction before 7am. We had to vacate our room. The fire company was summoned. The alarm was malfunctioning…They got it turned off. We returned to our room but the alarm went off again. We left our room and it was turned off again. There was an electrical issue that had to be addressed by an electrician. We checked out. They were busy so we did not get any compensation for the disruption"

"Everything was clean and lovely. Just way smaller space than other hotels. It wasn't an issue for us, just noting it for people it would bother. Room was about half the size of a normal American hotel room. We won a little in the casino, spent it on room service. The food was good."
