Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a fantastic location - walking distance to the train station and downtown. The room was delightful and fantastically clean. Loved it!

Was surprised to be told we would need to pay extra money to check in early - I always check in early since I stay for weddings or events that warrant me to get dressed and to an event before the 4 pm check in . Between that fee and the parking fee - seems a little much. We did not pay either and parked in another lot. Not the usual Hilton way to charge for everything ? Hotel is very pretty, rooms are clean and well decorated, bed is very comfortable. I will stay again as it is a nice hotel and very convenient to family. Just was surprised by early check in fee option ? Very nice hotel!
