"Perfect location for downtown Portland. Very updated hotel, very clean. Could not have been happier with our choice and we got a better deal through Expedia and stayed cheaper than others further from downtown. The Hampton Inn will be my first choice when i return to Portland."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind. Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day. When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no. Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked again. I hope in the future they come up with a better system for lost or stolen items. "
