“Firstly, the communication from the time we booked until the time we left the property was outstanding. Kimberly and Shannon never took longer than 10 minutes to reply to my enquiries. This was the perfect place for us to stay during our baseball tournament. “The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"El cuarto cuando entramos olía muy feo a humedad horrible y no a limpio ! Encontré cabellos en las sábanas ,almohadas que me dió la impresión de que no estaban lavadas ,las toallas se ven muy viejas y feas ,el baño necesita remodelación por lo menos cambiar el inodoro que estaba partido y machado !! El desayuno no muy bueno la verdad ,pero para el precio is ok … "
