Dear Wally,Thank you for the feedback and we apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Our website clearly shows that we are a wedding venue and this is mostly happening on the weekends. We also do notify our guests of the wedding events and leave a note in the guest rooms of the times the event will be taking place. We have 2 swimming pools and ample garden space for both our in house lodge guests and wedding event guests as well. By 10pm music levels are turned down and at 11pm the event is over. Our team is also at reception throughout the day and night to speak to should you have any questions, complaints or are unsure about anything. We really would have preferred you come and speak to us during the day or upon departure. We do understand if you unsatisfied and for this offer our sincere apologies. Kind regards

Dear Martin, We are sorry that you have not enjoyed your stay. However your comment that the place is 'misleading' is uncalled for and untrue. All our pictures accurately reflect our interior and exterior areas. We had contacted you regarding your arrival time and had no response from you at all. As you arrived late and we do not have a 24 hour reception desk you were showed to the room by our night guard. I do apologies for his appearance and that he did not assist you with your luggage; this has been addressed with the staff member. We are available to assist guests at any time and an after hour number is provided in each room for you to easily contact us should you require assistance or to report bad service. We were not contacted at all by you during your stay for any assistance instead you arrived at the reception desk to check out and very impolitely mentioned you were not happy, chucked the keys on the desk and gave us no chance to discuss anything further as you stomped off. We most certainly have both body wash for our showers and hand wash at our basins in each of our rooms and yours definitely had it as well. We pride ourselves in providing good service by following through with solutions should our guests have any concerns during their stay. We have many happy returning guests who absolutely love Cultivar and leave accurate reviews. It is unfortunate that you did not give us the opportunity to change your perception of Cultivar Guest Lodge during your stay. Kind regards

Dear guest, thank you very much for your feedback which we appreciate very much. Due to electricity outages by the public electricity provider, we did experience some issues also with our Wifi. It generally does work quite well on the property up to the pool. We are currently working on a broader variety of food to offer, also at night.
