The facilities were clean & well apportioned. The airport shuttle was very convenient. However, the hotel is definitely NOT in a walkable area.

The desk clerk of the night was rude and disrespectful to me. My question was simple. I asked if I had to wait for the shuttle or call but his reply was sarcastic “we don’t teleport”

Convenient to Dulles, good shuttle service, and a nice pub for supper, but the breakfast buffet is grossly overpriced for substandard fare. I will stay there again, but probably skip breakfast.

Pictures online don’t match, looks brand new, can tell it’s old and dated. Room had some bugs, although thankfully NOT bed bugs. Don’t use on-site laundry as your clothes will never dry, too humid for that.

I was disappointed that the pool schedule was very limited. I was looking forward to a hot tub before bed, yet the pool and hot tub have a very limited time that they are open
