Great place in NOVA

spacious updated townhouse
We stayed in January 2023. Oddly, the owner just reviewed me in August 2023, a VRBO email invited me to do a review now as well. I find it strange to review an occupant 6 months after they rented your place. Overall we had a nice stay. PROS: 1) the extra rooms in the basement and loft made the townhouse feel spacious!; 2) the area had many restaurants, shops and we loved Algonkian Park to walk the trails; 3) the unit was clean; 4) reserved parking spot in front was nice because the parking lot did get full; 5) owner was very communicative! CONS: there were many minor inconveniences throughout the week: 1) Keurig machine unusable b/c it needed to be descaled; 2) Smoke alarm was broken and the owner said someone would be there to fix it and no one ever showed; 3) Carbon monoxide unit chirped in middle of night and needed new batteries; 4) Leg chair in kitchen loose so we couldn’t use that chair; 5) Towel rack had been ripped out of the wall before we got there and there was not one spot in the small upstairs bathroom to hang a hand or bath towel (owner did offer to send someone to fix but we were already expecting the property manager about the smoke alarm and an add’l repair person was disruptive so we told owner after we left was okay). I emailed the owner about these throughout the week, owner was communicative indicating they would work with property manager to fix going forward.

A Beautiful Home
What an amazing place to stay, perfect for family and friends. The neighbor had a lovely mixture of people and the house is a gem! However, the communication leading up to that stay was not good and very confusing which made the beginning of our stay not as settling. But overall, the trip ended wonderfully and we would stay there again.

Great house
The house was very clean, check in process was easy. The property manager answered any questions quickly. The house was well stocked for the stay. We used the house as a place to stay while visiting DC and it was perfect to get out of the city and enjoy quiet evenings in Sterling.

A very great stay.
The property was very clean upon arrival. A very spacious town home. Very updated appliances. The neighborhood is very quite. Overall it is very homey. Makes it feel like your home away from home.

Convenient location
The property was neat and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced yard for the dog. The only issue was someone parking in one of our two spaces but we only had one car.

Very nice property
Plenty of room for more than 4 people. Basement was a nice surprise with exercise room and 2 more bathrooms. Lots of tvs and great appliances in the kitchen. The decor was cute and the furniture was very comfortable. Management was very responsive with needs.

Great property!
I truly was pleased with my stay here. It is an older development of town homes, in a nice area with walking trails, tennis courts and a playground. Without knowing anything about exactly where the property was located before I got there I was concerned about safety and after I arrived I felt safe. The home has been nicely refurbished and has more amenities than listed. It would be nice if they added blackout blinds to the bedrooms. The sun is very bright and early in the bedroom with the king bed. The unit was very quiet and there's shopping fairly close by.

Lovely condo
We went to the area to visit with our daughter and family. We really enjoyed the homey feel of the condo. It was easy to access and just minutes away from family. The neighborhood is quiet and there are walking trails everywhere. We brought our dogs who were right at home. I would highly recommend for your family. While we did not go into DC, it is close and right by major roads into the city.

Easy to find
This was a very nice unit to stay in, just the right size for a small group of 2-4 people. It was attractive and clean with a homey feel. Easy on and off the main highways. Good for us as we spend most of our time in Leesburg, 10 min away. Big plus; Wegmans was on the way.

Overall the townhouse was great-plenty of space, clean, perfect location for what we were looking for. The only complaint I have is that there were no extra garbage bags in the unit. When I called to ask for additional garbage bags I was told the bags would be delivered the next day. In fact, it took over 4 days to get the bags and they were delivered the day before our checkout. If I knew it was going to take this long to get some garbage bags I would have purchased them myself. I do have to say that the customer service representatives responded quickly and tried to address all our questions.
