Loved our stay! Amazing breakfast every morning. Wonderfully quiet room. Located on a great bustling street in the city with lots of activities to keep you entertained. We were with my 83 yr old grandma who needed a highly walkable location so this was perfect for her. Front desk staff amazing as well!!

This is an older boutique hotel but the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect as it is on the main pedestrian mall and is an easy walk to the Central Train Station and all the main tourist sites.

The hotel is perfectly located for the city centre, you can walk to all of the tourist attractions and places to visit from the front door. It’s on a pedestrianised shopping street, so no traffic around and super close to shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel foyer is beautiful, staff are friendly and breakfast was good. The room was simple but very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Queen's Hotel. Really convenient location to Arlanda Express and attractions. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Great breakfast options - buffet style so good for all.

Very nice property conveniently located close to the Central Railway station. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was also very helpful. Totally recommend it.

This hotel is very central and close to the train station and transport to Arlanda airport. Good size rooms and in general very good value for money. Already booked another stay.

Exceptional stay for a night in Stockholm at a very reasonable price. Double-sized bed for the price of single, elegantly decorated room with a balcony door and bathroom with adequate amenities, free hot drinks from machine opposite reception, fabulous breakfast, immaculately clean, shops and restaurants all around the hotel, metro station within 3 minutes walk, what else could I expect?

I found the hotel charming .The room was nice and warm.It was snowing while we were there and the temp was -5 0.So pleased the hotel was warm.Breakfast was a good selection and suitable for all tastes.

Property in a great location but other than that no other pluses. Stayed in first floor and music from Ground floor restaurant loud and annoying till early hours every day. Make sure to pack your ear buds when you book the hotel.

No kettle or cups to drink water in the room. Old fashion lift cannot operate when the outer metal gate is not completely closed. Same breakfast spread everyday, can be quite boring after 4 days of stay.

Won't rebook here.
Not Great. Price was cheap and room a decent size but the shower was very small there was no shower gel and the room looked like a prison cell. wires hanging out of the cieling where the old light was and when I asked about a ironiung board and Iron I was told there was on e in teh hall way fixed to the wall. I am not ironing my clothes in the hall way thats just weird. Breakfast was ok.

Dear Robert, We apologize that we could not meet your expectations.Regardin the ironing we have specific fire regulations which mean that we are not allowed to have irons in the rooms.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great position
Hotel is well positioned. We had a quiet room for three, overlooking the central roof terrace. Breakfast buffet was good ...although it was the same each day, there was a decent choice. Hotel & room were clean. But, without air-conditioning, the room was hot at night, despite the weather not being particularly hot. We couldnt lock the window open, & the fan was too noisy to leave on overnight. We'd definitely choose this hotel in future.

We loved staying at the Queen. The location was ideal for visiting Stockholm and the the breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the whole trip!

Great stay
Lovely hotel with character. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping attended to it daily. We stayed 3 nights. Its location can't be beaten. On main shopping street with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from with a tram station about 2 mins walk away. Room was small but this was reflected in price. Bed very comfortable and products in bathroom were really nice.

The location and breakfast were both excellent. The room was very hot during our stay so we had to leave the windows open. Unfortunately being one level above the street meant that it was very noisy until 1 am both nights

The hotel is located approximately 8 minutes away from Stockholm central station and is conveniently located in a bustling area of central Stockholm. The staff at the reception were nice and efficient. As with many hotels, this hotel is located within an older building. The hotel room itself was clean and provided all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The only minor feedback that I would provide is to have the flooring redone in the future as the wood flooring was quite scratched up from the years of use. The hotel was located right in the heart of central Stockholm with all of the sights, shopping and restaurants right at your doorstep. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Great location, nice room and good breakfast
The room was nice and clean. The only thing to "complain about" from my side was the pillows, which I didn't like. The location is superb, you can't get much more central in Stockholm. The breakfast was nice, good selection, fresh items. The reception staff was in general nice. I'd stay here again for sure!

We booked a room for 3. 3 single beds were provided but the room was cramped n there wasnt much space for luggages. We only had 2 large bags n only opened 1 so that we can hv more walking space. Locstion is central. Spot on! Breakfast was great. Good for 1 or 2 nights. Would definitely stay again in future but would get a bigger room

Perfect location to experience old town Stockholm. The Christmas lights and atmosphere are so lovely. We were walking distance to old town and all the sights, museums etc. very close to the Arlanda express train to the airport. (How to use this should be detailed and advertised. It is the fastest and most economical way to get from the airport to downtown where queens hotel is. The breakfast is delicious and well done.

I think that if you are working in hospitality you should display an attitud of great service to the guests that arrive to the hotel, for some reason they choose you and if overall the experience of the staff is not good, all the branding ends up falling. The first lady on the counter was so rude and i think she was more interested in finishing her breakfast than to give a good service, fortunately the second girl natalie was super helpful and give me great recomendations of the place. Hope this helps to improve the service because the rest is really good, the experience its worth it.

Overall a comfortable room, but it’s not decorated at all just white walls. When we arrived, the window had been left open and there were some bugs. Comfortable bed, though!
