Off track.so very quiet .Reception lounge area was not kept clear of rubbish but thats the customers problem as there are bins available. Breakfast was very good .reception staff not very friendly ..curt ... bit mu little room was lovely and as I said very quiet . Sunday no bar and no food available .

Comfortable stylish hotel with a comprehensive breakfast selection, helpful staff and free luggage storage if you need it when checking out. It’s a 7 minute walk from the Arlanda terminal at central station ( for metro also). The No 7 tram stop to Djurgårdsvägen is 5 minutes walk from the hotel ( in front of Ahlens department store).

This is a fantastic property and location for all things Stockholm. It felt incredibly safe yet was close to all transport, shops, plenty places to eat and drink. I had a single room and it was equipped with everything I needed and the shower was fab, loads of hot water and the shower products were lovely. The highlight of this property is breakfast. It's a wow! The atrium is a great location, tons of choices and everything was delicious. The experience was made even better by the breakfast staff; every single morning they were friendly and efficient, they made my day with their friendliness. My only let down was my room felt stifling and too warm at times. I had a single room and I loved it, it had everything I needed but despite being able to have a fan always running, it never cooled down and the windows don't open so that could get uncomfortable.

I liked that I got a room with a balcony and was able to see all the shops around me. The location was perfect because their were so many things to see at a walking distance!

Bad and ignorant service at check-in
Requested a high floor room with a nice view; but at check-in at 7 pm I was told that 3rd floor or below was only option - although hotel has 7 floor (and seemed not very full at all!) - also requested daily cleaning, but when coming back the next day at 3 pm my room was still not cleaned!

Very nice hotel, with excellent staff. Convenient to downtown, and only a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was very good. The room was small, but that's typical of Europe.

Staff were welcoming and I was even able to check into my room 4 hours earlier than expected. My room was a good size and there were lots of options at breakfast. Great location, only a 15 minute walk from the old town.

Enjoyed our time here. Hotel was good, staff were lovely and helpful. Clothes storage could be better, we found it lacked space to store our clothes and space at end of bed minimal to get around. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast selection excellent. Location excellent.

Good value for central location
Very central located and very good breakfast with lots of options. Only downside is that breakfast area can be crowded after 8am and for solo people you can easily loose your seat. Apart from that it was very convenient and not far from central station

Excellent location, breakfast very good. Bed comfortable but no where to put clothes that can’t be hung, no plug by kettle so had to use bedside table but all just minor changes hotel could do to make it comfortable as room is so small and felt cluttered as had to live out suitcase and no where to put cases.

Stay at the hotel, but avoid the eatery
A clean and friendly city centre hotel, with comfortable beds in a small but well organised room. The breakfast was good but naturally quite busy. The only real problem was the bar and eatery: the service was incredibly slow and uncaring, and the food was at best mediocre, but the atmosphere for a drink was fine.

Room was smallish but very comfortable. No fridge was the only small issue. Breakfast was great. And the staff were very helpful. Right in the city so right on shops - 2 mins to metro central station and only about 6 mins walk to the main central station

Great location. Stayed in a single room —tiny but enough for me. Great breakfast. Sauna was open 24་hrs. Shower in the room had low water pressure and shower head kept tilting lower. But all together it was a pleasant stay. Will recommend.

First time in Stockholm and chose this property due to its central location. It's so central in-fact, that I was able to walk almost everywhere. I only took the tram or bus to visit certain museums. I didn't even have to take the metro. So if you don't like going deep underground, stay here. Close to bus and tram stops and easily accessible to dining, shopping, and attractions. The daily breakfast was convenient. Shoutout to Neilma and Gemma. They were incredibly nice and friendly. 5 out of 5 stars, however I did have one situation where I told the front desk I wanted my room cleaned 24 hours prior as instructed. The morning of, I confirmed with the front desk and they stated the cleaning should be finished by 5 PM at the latest. I returned to my room that evening and it was not cleaned at all. They had no reasoning for it and did not even apologize. I asked them to just send me new towels and I waited 20 minutes in my room and no one came. I called again and they said someone was on their way up. I waited another 15 minutes-- still no new towels. I ended up going down myself and they handed me the towels. I was very patient and understanding but the fact that the room was not clean at all and I had to go down and get the towels myself after waiting over 30 minutes, was not a good experience. I stayed for 6 nights and that occured on my final day. Still rating it a 5 because it was a great experience overall but that occurrence was inconvenient and unsatisfactory.

Our stay was perfectly fine. Nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. Pretty standard fare for a chain hotel. The breakfast was very nice - a big spread with lots of options. The central location was good as well - lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to the sites we came to Stockholm to see. The room (a standard queen) was small, but on par with my experience at urban hotels. Beds were comfortable. There was a little noise outside our room at night, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. Overall a fine stay.
