William and Jeff were incredible
I traveled with my dad and he needed a fair amount of assistance. William and Jeff are outstanding employees who clearly give it their all to help the guests.
William even brought my dad chocolate chip cookies while he was waiting for me to come back from a walk
The rooms were absolutely beautiful, and the staff was incredibly helpful
All the amenities we used (pool, hot tub, fitness center) were well maintained and in very good condition. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and there were nice touches like bathrobes. Spa and restaurants were a little pricey for what you get, but the location and facilities were very good.
The hotel had beautiful grounds with 2 outdoor heated pools which were open in September. The staff were very helpful. We rented bikes from across a the road and cycled along the path to the town.
The breakfast was expensive.
Our room was spacious (although the bathroom could use updating) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would be happy to return.
So, this place is amazing. We didn’t use many of the amenities but would have if your stay had been longer. Restaurants and bar are great, rooms are quiet, pools are large and uncrowded. I will definitely stay here again.
Loved the setting. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. The spa was excellent. It would’ve been nice to have an indoor lounge area for when the weather wasn’t as nice outside. Also would’ve been nice to have two chairs in the room with a table instead of ones. Also, the grout and caulking in the bathroom needed to be redone. It made it a little shabby. Overall, a great stay!
I would have given this resort 4 star as it is beautiful with a great indoor, outdoor pool, jacuzzi with a water fall, great views, Restaurant (Pablo gave excellent service) and nice rooms.
I did give them a 3 star as the staff both at checkin and checkout were dismissive and not helpful to point out where things are and just unfriendly.
Mostly don’t accept room 210! The resort wasn’t even full (confirmed by mgr) and they assign us this room, overlooking the parking lot! Knowing they have a bike tour staying with them that started loading up right outside our window at 6am and at 7:30am trucks backing in and out!
When I told the supervisor at checkout he was very dismissive and didn’t even have an explanation of why we were given this room when he confirmed resort was not full.
The hotel shuttle was super easy to get to and from Stowe. Hotel is very nice but the rooms need updating. The warm cookies at the front desk are a nice touch after a day of skiing. The staff is very friendly.
