"Overall the apartment (up on 12 foot beams, like every place on the island) fully met our needs. It was a fun beach place to stay on the Bolivar Peninsula, close to High Island and other great birding spots. Only issue was the shaking of the structure caused by the 25 knot winds that blew for our entire 3 night stay. Probably would be fixable by cross-bracing."

"Really nice house, with lovely 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, and amazing views from every room. I love having an elevator and the plus is, it goes to the second story of the house so no having to carry heavy luggage up the steps making check-in and check-out soooo much easier. The deck has plenty of tall chairs so you can see over the railing. These things make a big difference to me. We loved our stay and wish we had more time to stay longer."
