Private: garden 1'600 m2 (not fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Ski lift 7 km. Nearby attractions: Kaplička sv. Anny, Tvrz Maleč, Růždí 1 km, hrad Kašperk 10 km, Kašperské hory, Klostermannova rozhledna 13 km, Sušice, Vimperk 20 m, zámek Horažďovice 23 km, Strakonice 28 km.
