“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Elevator was broke. They switched my room to accommodate the elevator broken to a smaller room. However room smelled old. Needs updating in bathroom (caulking/fixature) carpet had a stench. Some employees were nice. Breakfast was horrible limited good options and food was either tasteless or overcooked. Would not recommend stay here.pending refund for room downgrade.”
