"Serena at the lobby desk has outstanding customer care and courtesy whether it be in showing the gym, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. One disappointment is the pool. Beautiful modern design but pool water maintenance is sub par. 2 one inch long dead cockroaches were at the pool bottling. Algae coats much of the pools walls and bottom. I went for a full swim workout but only did a few laps because of the below the water surface appearance."

"Great location away from Bakersfield, lots of food choices for late night or early morning, only downside that I didn't discover until I was in bed ready to fall asleep, a train path directly across the street, seemed to pass regularly every 20 minutes "
