"Great central location, very very close to Times Square which is good or bad depending what you’re looking for. Room was smaller but that’s expected in NYC. Shower had very hot water which was great. Staff was very friendly and valet and checking bags was very easy. Recommend!"

"Front desk staff was super friendly and pleasant. Fellow where we checked our bag was very nice and helpful. Location is great and there were nice eating/dining choices very close by. Be aware that the rooms are small. We had a queen bed room. It was not possible to get out of one side of the bed because it was close to the window. Nice bathroom and shower. Would stay here again."

"The breakfast was great with many hot and cold options - however, for the best experience, get there early due to crowds. Our (2) Double bed room was small, but designed very efficiently. We used the desk for holding our luggage and that worked well. The front desk staff was helpful. We enjoyed the roof-top bar for late night snacks and drinks. The location was perfect and so close to Times Square. The only complaint I have is that the exterior windows were so dirty that it made our “landmark” view not even worth looking at. We really enjoyed our 7-day stay at this hotel."
