"It was a good experience overall. Hyatt is at a convenient location. Property is maintained okay. There was no microwave in the room and fridge was hardly functional. We stayed 4 nights with kids, it’s nyc midtown so rooms were very small. The guests next door were very loud and were trying to open middle doors which was scary. Staff was helpful though."

"The lounge, bar and patio are bright, cheery and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and was helpful even before arrival (responded to texts promptly). Good security. I think solo travellers would feel pretty safe. The location is very convenient for transit, tour busses, and easy walks to sights. It is also right in the thick of things so keep in mind the hotel can't control what is outside. They do provide a calm atmosphere inside."

"We stayed in a king room, city view. Not a big room but big enough,we were only in it for sleeping. Bed was really comfy, room cleaned every day. Staff very friendly. Hotel in a perfect position for exploring. Had breakfast in hotel once and it was fine. If I visit New York again I would def return."

"Our room was on the 28th floor and only 1 elevator was operable for floors 21-28. Had to wait up to 10 minutes a few times. No explanation why the other 2 elevators serving these floors were not working."
