Excellent location! Safe, clean, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. Economical stay in the heart of NYC. Rooms are small but you have everything you need - and who goes to NYC to spend time in their room? Highly recommend.

Consumers have come to accept the $20 property fee a day but no one can really justify what it is.Other properties at the very least offer free morning coffee and filter water. On top of that, they even close most public space in the property. Property must really justify what is their rationale for daily property fee. ( note; daily cleaning not even available)

Location is very central, but property rooms needs extra noise isolation and maintanance. Lot of dust in toilets doesn’t look like they are cleaned daily.

The staff at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times. I love that it’s not a huge hotel. The location is fantastic, the rooms are fresh and I always feel very safe during my stays. The entire hotel is very clean. I must give a wonderful compliment of Vito. He was so extremely helpful in arranging for my transportation to the airport. I was feeling anxious about my transportation and he booked an amazing driver for me. He made sure to let me know when the car arrived, he walked me out to the car and most importantly he assured me at the time of booking that my car would be on time. I will continue to come back to The Pod. I believe it’s a treasure many don’t know about. I’ve stayed at many different hotels in NYC and this is hands down my favorite

This was my first time staying at the Pod. I was very impressed with everything, the price and location are great! It was near the parking lot I always park in, and near lots of dining, shopping, convenience stores and Times Square, where I spend most of my time. The staff at the Pod are wonderful and helpful. When I called the front desk for help, extra towels, etc they were very fast and efficient. It was very clean, safe and secure. Check in/check our process was fast. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again!

The back of my door was filthy. Insanely small room for the price. No ice machine, you have to get ice from the bar but opens at 4 The staff was very nice.

Everything you need for a few days exploring the city. Close to everything and so much to do. The lounge was wonderful. Unfortunate that the balcony was closed for repairs-overall an amazing spot and loved how clean, cool and safe it is.
