"Not a whole lot of selections for the breakfast and the seating was a very small area but the staff was very friendly. They changed my room from a second floor to the bottom level due to not having any elevators without any pushback."

"I had to let the front desk know that my towels, bedding and cleaning wasn't taken care of for two straight days until I had to inform the front desk clerk more than once about the lack of services. Very disappointed in the service; which I shouldn't have had to mentioned in a hotel such as Quality Inn."
