“Initially gave us a smoking room, had an opened condom packet, with broken fake nails in the drawer, and blood stains on the bed and pillows. My husband contacted the staff manager to come look at the room personally and they gave us another room that was non smoking instead, since I’m pregnant and we don’t smoke at all. Room was better besides there being cigarette ashes on the bottom of the mirror and given a towel that had hair glue and a few drops of blood on it. Was also told that we’d……

“The property is clean and well maintained. The staff was kind. That is where it ends. The beds are a step up from rollout beds. My back hurts so badly after the two night stay it simply was not worth saving the extra 30 dollars per night. 2 VERY thin pillows and a “blanket” if that is what you want to call it. Honestly the hotel should be embarrassed to put anyone in those beds. They will literally roll away from you like an unlocked hospital bed. A JOKE!”

“I liked the swiftness of check in, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.”

“The pictures that are posted online are very old. The property is in need of repairs. The receptionist was rude. My room was entered while I was away at work. The drive way and parking lot had potholes. There were construction cones covering the holes. Smell of Marijuana smoke was strong. They would deliver a microwave, fridge and TV remote after you get into the room.”

“The price high for area . Nothing is Sumter but price same as resort areas. The breakfast was great . But it 6-10. Should be longer 10:30 or 11:00.”

“Everything was great. The only thing that I did had problem with was the television was not compatible with streaming networks. If they fix that issue. I will have no problem booking it for future visits.”
