This hotel was ok for a last minute stay. Doubtful I'd stay again.

The room was filthy therefore I requested a refund but didn’t receive one

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you felt your stay was less than desirable. A request for a refund 4 hrs. after check-in without any reason for it was made to the clerk on duty and then a online complaint after 6 hrs.? The clerk would have moved you to a room of your satisfaction.

Never Again

The mini refrigerator didn't work so I couldn't keep my drinks and food cold. The AC kept turning on and off all night. There wasn't a complete sheet set on the bed just 2 flat sheets. The worst part about it was I was bitten by a bed bug

We appreciate your feedback during your recent stay. After hearing about your experience through your review, we made sure to have our exterminator check your room for bugs. Fortunately no bugs were found. As for the mini fridge the control knob just needed to be turned up and the A/C is working in order, it will turn on and off depending on the temperature the guest sets. The 2 flat sheets is what we use and additional Blankets could have been provided. Please in the future here or anywhere else let the front desk know and they could help resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

It was basic, no freals, quiet, but ours was a quick stay just overnight. Rooms were clean and AC was cold. No stale room smell. Would come back for similar stay.
