This trip was to celebrate my parent's 40 years wedding anniversary. 1. Check-in was not smooth and confirmed with a receptionist that they will arrange window seat for dinner dining but when I get there, they were even not able to find my dinner reservation and needed to wait there for a while. It was so embarrassed and sorry to my parents 2. Would wanted to use some facilities and asked for the guide to the concierge/reception but no one very clear about hotel facilities and keep asking me that 'why are you asking the details?', 'facility is there, go and check'. It was kinda horrible experience and would not willing to visit there again.

Great location. Close to bridge and cable cars. Also a short walk to street food through tunnel. The bridge leads to a trail through the rock mountain. Night view of the ocean is great.

Unadaptable personnel
The personnel there are so single-minded. I booked by mistake a particular room that I didn't like, they have changed the room to a cheaper one, they refuse to refund the difference I also ask to get that money back as a credit, to use either for dinner, breakfast or Gym. They strongly refuse.

best location, highly recommended
location was perfect. The cable car and Odongdo island is right across the street from the hotel. Hotel room was sooo quiet, one of the best comfortable stay ever. We had two rooms with separate views. The one with Odongdo view had a beautiful sunrise in the morning. didn't expect to enjoy the sunrise from your room. it was amazing. Hotel breakfast buffet was also nice. I'll definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Great place relax with your family. Spacious but family rooms are only on 5 & 6th floor so the view is not as great compare to ones on top floor.

No worth at all
It was not-so-good. The hotel/condo is quite old and some facilities/amenities still have old name (MVL) on them. The staff was not so professional and there was few things impressive. I paid around $400 for a night and it definitely no worth to pay that. I would be satisfied if I paid around $100 and have that kind of service. 구려요. 1박 45만원내고고 묵고싶지 않은 콘도호텔임...
