Beautifully appointed house with a gorgeous backyard!
Such a lovely house with everything you need. Comfy beds, modern kitchen with everything you need, two full bathrooms, and a beautiful back room. So very relaxing sitting on the couch and staring out into the beautiful leafy backyard. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful Poets Cottage
What a gorgeous cottage. A perfect size for 2 couples, well equipped with lovely linen and towels and everything you would need in the kitchen. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and access to a lovely bush walk to Conservation Hut and Emerald Falls. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

Clean & comfortable in a great location
Loved our stay at Poet's cottage. The cottage was perfect & everything we needed was there. It was exactly the type of accommodation you want in the Blue Mountains. The cottage is set in beautiful gardens next door to the National Park with walking tracks galore right at the back gate. Only negative is the towels could do with replacing, they were very thin & perhaps the TV could be upgraded, it's very small. The first game of the NRL season was on the night we arrived with my husbands team playing. He was disappointed he couldn't see it properly without sitting right in front of it.

Beautiful restful accommodation in an idyllic setting
Stayed with friends here for a few days and it was perfect …. Clean , comfortable , beautiful home with all you need. We were not far from from the falls , perfect walks through magnificent scenery , great cafes in Wentworth falls . Sophie was only a message away from taking care of any needs.

Lovely Cottage in great location
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. My husband is a wheelchair user and was able access the property using a small portable ramp that we bought with us to get up the step at the front of the property. Whilst he could use the toilet, he wasn’t able to access the shower. To make this property completely wheelchair accessible the owner could make a few easy changes such as removing the shower screen and just having a roll in shower. Otherwise the property was beautiful and the communication with the property manager excellent.

Perfect, Tranquil Poet’s Cottage
This is the most beautiful property in a quiet part of the mountains and our love of Poet’s Cottage has now brought us there twice, with plans for another stay in 2020. Sophia is the “dream” property manager, who communicates regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly. The cottage is tastefully decorated, has a really well-appointed kitchen, and provides a peaceful and relaxing backdrop to a weekend in the mountains. The garden is equally beautiful and a lovely place to sit with a cuppa or a glass of wine! Love this place - we’ll be back! Robyn, Kellie and Sandy

Delightful weekend retreat in Wentworth Falls
This is a wonderful property with a cottage feel to it but provides all you could need. Stayed with 2 sets of friends to celebrate winter Xmas. Great location in Wentworth Falls - all the lookouts within relatively easy walking distance and short drives to other Blue Mtns locations. Would highly recommend!!

My friends and I stayed at the Poets Cottage for a 2 night weekend.. We were more than impressed with the cottage, everything was provided, could not want for anything and the bottle of complimentary wine was appreciated. Beautifully furnished and comfortable with lovely surroundings and garden. Sophia was in touch with us over our stay making sure all was ok. Would definitely recommend this cottage for a stay and my friend was so impressed, thinking about a return visit. Attention to detail very good. Thank you for a lovely weekend. Greatly enjoyed.

Very cute, very clean and very homely
My family and I stayed at Poets Cottage in April 2019, it was our first trip to the Blue Mountains and our stay was very enjoyable. We loved the Poets cottage, it was very clean and very homely with every modcon required for a very comfortable stay (warm and cozy, great coffee machine and nice touch with Foxtel and Netflix). The location was great with a lovely walk into the National forest via the back garden and a very short drive to the Charles Darwin which takes you to Wentworth Falls which was a beautiful sight and walk. Leura town was also a quick 5 min drive away which has a very nice mall with lovely shops, cafe's and restaurants. We also has two very friendly cats come visit us on a daily basis which is always nice. Overall we couldn't fault the Poets cottage and we will be sure to return. Thanks Sofia, your information was excellent help and your communication was swift and informative, you have a great set up.

Poets cottage
Fabulous family home, so clean and comfortable. Every aminity was there, so well appointed. Kids loved the garden, and the cat that paid regular visits. Beds were so comfy, we will be back Jackie

All round wonderful!!
The photos of this property are great but when we walked through the front door, we were amazed. Sophia has put so much thought into making this property a home away from home. Everything we needed (plus so much more!) was available. There was not one spec of dust throughout the home, the gardens were a perfect scene of tranquility and the little touch of board games and coffee machine made sure us adults and our kids had a wonderful time. Being a family of crazy cat people, the added bonus of having the neighbour's cats, Ollie and Nelson, visit each day was the highlight of our weekend away. It was hard to say goodbye to Ollie's little 'grumpy' face :) Sophia's thoughtfulness and emails to check everything was ok was not expected. She honestly is so caring and has gone above and beyond. So much so...we got an email from her last night with pictures of Ollie the cat, saying hello! We will most definitely be back in winter to enjoy the fire and hopefully some frost. I can not recommend Poet's Cottage highly enough (though I hate to say that in case it is continually booked out!! ) ;) Thank you so much Sophia, cant wait to get back there. Peta

Just the best
This cottage is something special. Situated in a quiet area, near all the attractions on the Blue Mountains, Poets Cottage is just the best. You are greeted by beautiful gardens, bird calls and the best presented cottage my family has stayed at. Sophia presents the cottage beautifully. From the large comfortable beds, pillows, spacious lounge/dining area to the fully equipped kitchen. You want for nothing. The tree shaded back patio was just the spot to enjoy the wine, food and friends during the twilight period of summer. My family totally enjoyed the quiet times at the cottage between visiting family and enjoying the walks through the Wentworth Falls/Leura area that can be accessed without driving from this property. Sophia is a great host and we will be back. Thank you Sophia for a wonderful experience.

Pretty Little Cottage
We had a lovely two day stay, should have been longer. The cottage was presented immaculately. The gardens were a picture. Great location for lovely bush walks. We will visit again and thoroughly recommend it.

A beautifully presented and placed property.
This was an idyllic place to stay. Poetry on the walls, beautiful, well presented, well stocked, and placed in the midst of Mountains scenery and walks. Sophia has kept the place very well and answers any queries promptly and helpfully. Highly recommended.

My Mum aged 88, myself and 2 sisters had the most wonderful weekend stay at Poets Cottage. Poets was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the front door. We very much enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and wine ... thank you Sophia. Poets is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We loved the view over the back garden and enjoyed a sensational sunset on our first evening. We would definitely recommend Poets and hope to return again soon.

Perfect home in the Blue Mountains
Great cottage with extremely comfortable inclusions. Clean and well equipped including some nice touches like some pantry products. The chocolates and wine were a very appreciated gesture. Home was warm and the spa bath awesome. Plenty of TV options with Netflix and Foxtel. Kitchen was very well equipped. Sophia’s correspondence was detailed and accurate. A real pleasure as a host. Great for a family or even as a couple, Poet’s Cottage ticks all the right boxes.

Tranquil mountain retreat
This is a comfortable and well appointment luxury cottage nestled in beauitful gardens close to magnificent mountain walks. Our host Sophia provided excellent information prior to our arrival. On arrival awaited many thoughtful treats including a bottle of wine and Easter chocolates. I would thoroughly recommend Poet’s Cottage as a perfect place to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time in the Moutanins.

Attention to detail is amazing!!!
Poet's Cottage was the perfect venue for a relaxing getaway with friends. Close enough to the shops but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle! The owners have thought of everything, from a great selection of teas right through to mozzie coils and sunscreen. I could not recommend this property highly enough. Very deserving of its 5-star rating. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful getaway, great location
The excellent reviews are spot on! The owner, Sophia, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! The cottage is in excellent shape with every amenity you can think of. She really thought of everything a guest would possibly need. The communication and reply to email is great also... I always received a response within a few hours. The location is excellent and within 6-8 minute drive from numerous cafes and groceries. The hiking trails are a 10 minute walk a way. We spent 3 nights at the cottage and it was an amazing time.
