Reality didn't match the advert
We experienced a very disrupted stay with painters arriving at 7am on three mornings making lots of noise. The outside of the windows were cleaned on another day and dirty water leaked inside. The house and the common areas were dirty and poorly maintained (hence the works being done I guess). The kitchen and bathroom windowsills and frame were very dirty, the range hood hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the inside of the windows were filthy. Yhe paper being in the lounge room is a joke.The two sofas in the lounge room badly need to be cleaned as well. We found a perfect if dirty track suit pants on the blanket box at the end of the bed in the main bedroom In addition we had no idea that every bus from the Manly Esplanade turned down Eustace St and with no double glazing, the scores of bus movements per day and night made for a very noisy atmosphere and little sleep. I do not recommend.

Great location
The location of the property, handy to the ferry, to the Corso and the surf beach, could not have been bettered. And the apartment itself was beautifully clean. However, it could have been better equipped. A few basics like teabags, salt and pepper, provided on arrival would have been welcome. There was no drying rack for clothes and no microwave containers.
