Great value for the location. Easy walk to Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour. Breakfast vouchers for cafe next door. Room was good. Beds great. Some maintenance issues with some power outlets broken. Property seemed semi-renovated. Some parts updated and others a bit run down

Location is close to everything. Staff are very helpful. Only criticism we had was the tight parking spots. If you oown a large or medium size car, forget parking at the property. There are parking stations close by.

The location is very close to transport and Darling Harbour. Staff are friendly and helpful. The down side is the terrible traffic noise if you are on the road side of the building- no double glazing Also the bathroom is a bit rundown (mould in shower). If you are a bigger/taller person then shower size is a challenge- shower head too low ( even when fully extended) and shower door is very narrow The free coffee in the lobby is very nice touch
