“This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. Great honeymoon location. Very happy with our stay. Thank you! ”

“Hotel situato in posizione strategica per visitare Siracusa, pulito, stanze dotate di climatizzatore, tv e ogni comfort, compreso un terrazzino molto comodo. Gestori molto molto gentili e cordiali, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, hanno anche riassettato la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani al mattino. È presente anche un ristorante interno per colazioni a 5€ e cene complete di carne a 18€ e di pesce a 22€. Super consigliato!!!!”

“The apartment was clean, easy to find and quiet.The staff were helpful and very responsive to our questions.We found parking on the street with no problem. Location wise it was great, everything was reachable by a short walk. The laundry was very helpful. “This hotel is fantastic! The room was so clean, has in room tea facilities and quality toiletries. There’s many towels, slippers and dressing gowns. The breakfast buffet selection is vast and had quality items with gluten free and dairy free options. Cooked items are also available to order. Staff service was outstanding and they are incredibly helpful. The pool area and view are lovely. Great service at the pool too with towels already on the loungers and service to your lounger. “The breakfast was good though some fruit salad would have been nice. The other guests seemed baffled by the self service requirements. Maybe some greater guidance (rotation direction of guests) and induction to self service etiquette might have helped. “Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es gibt einen Shuttle 3x am Tag nach Ortigiya auch wenn man selbst ein Auto hat ist es ziemlich einfach. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Aussrnanlagen wunderbar gepflegt und stimmig zum Ganzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt”

“Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet area right behind the duomo! The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to ask for advice during a train strike. “Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother……
