“Beautiful B&B”

“In the old town, easy to walk to attractions. Rental car’s navigation took us to a very narrow street, we should have followed the instructions from the hotel email. Hotel manager came out, sat in our car and directed us to the right place to park. ”

As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. “The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. The down sides were the communication within the staffs I guess as the young lady said if we wanted to extend one more night,……

“It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . “Beautiful modern hotel and beautiful room on 2 floors (sitting room/bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs). Great amenities. Only detracting factors are that the room was a bit dark (the hotel is in a narrow alley), and that the bathroom on a different floor than the bedroom is a bit inconvenient at night. The hotel is quite difficult to reach by car (Google maps will send you to an alley where it is impossible to turn or maneuver), so it is best to leave the car in the nearby Piazza……
