Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk employee was helpful, very kind and caring at check-in, my only complaints are small but significant.... Hair dryer didn't work, pool was closed for maintenance.... understandable but one of the reasons I chose this hotel and the Continental breakfast was good but having the front desk employee 2 feet from me watching me toast a bagel was very uncomfortable and I feel unnecessary

After 2 days of the not getting our room cleaned, we had to request it. We ran out of towels/toilet paper. The housekeeping did not give us clean bedding. We stripped the bedding and piled it in a pile only to return a few hours with the same bedding from the floor remade on our bed. We knew this because of makeup stain an the ripped covers in the same places. When we complained to the front desk all his response was, “we get that a lot about our housekeepers not giving clean sheets.” And we had to ask for new ones to remake the bed ourselves. Will not stay there again.
