“Lady breakfast was friendly”

“We had an awesome time! The location is great for access to the lake and it was clean, minimal but modern (which is what we were going for), the washer and dryer was a huge plus for us swimmers. The host was amazing!”

“The place is slightly dated but nice amenities and location. Nice stay until the fraternity showed up Thurs night and the place went to hell, screaming, hanging off the balconies and craziness until 3 am which was great because we had a 6 am flight. The front desk apologized but had to call security twice once at 1 and then at 3 am. Until they were threatened to be thrown out, they did not stop.”

“I have stayed at this resort on business and pleasure. The convenience and location is great. The staff and the amenities are great. It has a restaurant and bar. We will definitely continue to use Avista resort. Thanks again for your help at check in. Best regards, Shaun L”

“Activities director a lot of fun…”

“room wasn't checked to see if we needed towels, beds not straighten out, trash not emptied. We had to do all housekeeping ourselves.”
