Cool, clean, and cozy

This cozy yet spacious downtown apartment is just a place to stay in downtown Tahlequah. The kitchen is simply fantastic offering all stainless steel appliances, custom wood countertops, with a standout chandelier. The first bedroom offers a new therapeutic king mattress with soft cotton sheets and great pillows for a great night sleep. Nice nightstands And ceiling fans for your comfort. Pull down blackout shades a large walk-in closet and a small desk vanity are provided the second bedroom offers a new therapeutic queen mattress, Cotton sheets, blackout shades, handbuilt side table from the original construction, a large closet ,ceiling fan. A full sparkling clean bathroom with cotton linens, fresh fan exhaust, shampoos, personal hygiene, etc. Also, an energy-efficient stackable washer dryer With laundry detergent and fabric sheets. We are within walking distance of so many places restaurants, nightlife, cafés, diners, coffee shops, Internet shops, ice cream, library, wedding chapel, NSU, Shops, boutiques, video gaming, historic walking trails and creeks. Many other locations within a short drive. 2 miles from the Illinois River. Minutes to Lake Tenkiller and lake fort Gibson, Cherokee springs golf course. Cherokee casino, cherokee Nation etc. Many float places to choose from on the Illinois River.

Central location
If you are looking for a central location this is great. Park across the street if you have a dog-that was great! Pet friendly restaurant very close. Farmers Mkt.(which is seasonal) is also a plus. Small town ambiance was great for us-everyone was very friendly

Fantastic property
Very clean, well stocked apartment. We loved being able to walk anywhere downtown, sit in the park across the street. Parked right outside the door. Seemed well insulated from outside noise but this is a busy area, and may be noisy on warm weekend evenings. We would 100% stay again.

Short Get-Away
We loved staying in this cute, nicely updated apartment! It was quiet and within walking distance to some great shopping and dining options. It was a short drive to the river where we enjoyed a float trip and our daughter was able to practicing driving around the town before her driving exam!

Perfectly Cozy
My spouse and I with another couple (besties) stayed here so that we could float the Illinois River over the weekend. I have to say that I've used this service for several years and stayed at numerous places across the country, and this place by far has been the best! I've paid a lot more money for places that were supposed to be really nice and none of them compare to this little gem. It looks small on the outside, but inside it was the perfect size for 2 adult couples to be comfortable. The small necessities were provided like toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings, keurig coffee and cream, snacks, menus to local restaurants and more. There are a lot of places that don't provide these things. Everything was spotless. Clean, organized, and well taken care of. If we go back to the area, we will most definitely stay at the same place. Great job Ms. Ruth, we love your place!💜
