大門及房門是感應式的磁卡，安全性夠，房間設備間有兩張椅子要辦公時使用桌子時兩個人都可使用，洗澡也不會有水壓不夠的問題，牙刷是目前使用過最舒適的，刷毛不會太硬，而且本身形狀很好看。喜歡大廳的挑高跟明亮。
