Hey, this place as central heating!
This is more like renting a studio instead of a hotel. So if you are simply looking for a place to sleep, this place is perfect. The room is small, and there isn't much room besides the two beds, so not a place you want to hang out. The bathroom is modern and newly furnished. Here is the best part --- there is central heating! I have been to a lot of other small hotels in Taiwan, and there is usually no heating because there aren't many cold nights in Taiwan. But when you run into a cold rainy night, like I did during my recent trip, you will be very thankful for central heating.

Phone Needs a Fix
The room was very nice and I felt comfortable. However, the I couldn't get in contact with the staff because the phone at the front door doesn't seem to work. I got in when someone else was coming out.

Nice staff and convenient location near university and Gongguan night market. Included breakfast is minimal and tiny dining area is often crowded with people, which makes grabbing food a little awkward. Washroom was nice and modern, but bed area was a little odd, with a block of concrete as a side table.

The hotel was exactly what I was looking for. A simple, clean room to sleep at night in an easily accessible location. When you visited a city like Taipei it’s a wast of money to spring for an expensive room when you’re never going to be in.

Shuanglian Yes Hotel is the reason hotels receive stars - as in 1,2,3...stars. Shuanglian Yes is the reason 2 star hotels get 2 stars. Positive aspects include cleanliness and up-to-date plumbing, furniture, and air handling. I can write not much else positive about it. First, finding it is difficult, even for travelers who can read Chinese; I am in this group. The only signal one has stumbled across the place is the street address number posted on the outside wall. This marker is beside a plain white door. Yes, Shuanglian Yes doesn't have a sign. To get through the front door, the prospective lodger must know enough to use a phone on the outside wall. Once contact is made with a manager, which is not always assured, the door must be unlocked from the inside. Check-in floats somewhere between hit and miss; Shuanglian Yes has no front desk. Upon entering the tiny vestibule, guests may register with the help of an employee, who may or may not have a record of one's reservation. (Yes, this happened.) Fortunately, the employee can call someone else to see if a "confirmed" reservation actually made it into the hotel's records system. Bizarre, and not any way to be an accommodating host in the travel industry. Finally, Shuanglian Yes suffers from a too-common Taipei hotel condition: Rooms do not have windows. Weather is therefore a daily surprise. But, to the good, the hotel is very quiet, except for a jackhammer's racket from 8 to 11am.

We were having some hard time finding the building due it wasn't obvious enough. And Shuang lian Yes wasn't as close as stated on Expedia website, which we were required to walk quite a distance to the train service station. Overall stay was decent.

入住經驗很糟糕。祇有門口有電話。門內櫃檯沒有電話，掛上電話後。電話一直占線中。房間裡一股怪味道。想要換房間。結果不管是市內電話號碼。或是門口的電話。都沒有再接通過。服務項目顯示有提供瓶裝水。結果冰箱卻是空的。沒有記下門口的密碼。根本無法外出買水。真是很糟的體驗。

경제성을 따진다면 오케이
잠만 잔다면 괜찮아요 방의 상태는 사진과 같았어요 침대도 안락했고 필요한것은 어느정도 갖춰져 있아서 별 불편함이 없었어요 다만 전철역에서 아주 가깝진않고, 소형냉장고 밑에서 작은 ㅂㅋㅂㄹ가 나왔어요 방의 공간이 크지않아 가방을 넣는 장소가 비좁아요 건물 외벽에 호텔이름이 안작혀있어 많이 헤맸다는 리뷰를 여러개 봐서 좀 걱정했는데, 까르푸 충칭점 옆건물 흰문을 찾아 문에 있는 인터폰으로 통화하니 어려움은 없었어요

深夜に到着する際は十分お気をつけください！
評価が悪い理由は事前連絡が取れなかったため、深夜の台北でホテルに入れず30分程度時間を過ごしたことです。フロント営業終了後にチェックインをする場合は事前にメッセージをくれと書いてあったので、「飛行機の時間によりチェックイン時刻を過ぎる可能性もあります」と返信したところ返答なし。若干不安でしたが、営業終了後もしばらくスタッフがいるのかと思いそのままにしました。 実際ホテルに行くと誰もおらず、ホテルに入る暗証番号もわからない。インターフォンで連絡をすると暗証番号のみ教えられ、料金の支払いがまだなので待っているように言われました。何も無い雑居ビル１階で待っていても誰も来ず、痺れを切らしてまたインターフォンで連絡をすると、「部屋のカードキー受取ってないの？」と言う感じの返答。やっとカードキーの受取箱の暗証番号と部屋番号を聞き入室。その後支払いのためスタッフが別の場所から来るのをシャワーも浴びれず待ち全て終わった頃には到着から1時間ほど過ぎていました。 本来なら事前のメールで連絡をいただくはずの情報が何も共有されなかったことが原因です。到着が深夜になる方は事前の連絡を必ず取って、暗証番号を聞いておくようにお気をつけください！ また、入口は本当にわかりにくいので近辺に到着したら住所の番地が書いてあるプレートを目印に探すとよいと思います。 宿泊部屋の設備に関しては値段相応に満足できるものでした。水廻り、ベッドなどの清掃は行き届いていて、無料の水、電気ポット、お茶、珈琲もアメニティーとして準備されていました。 設備のマイナス箇所としては、本当に部屋が狭いことです。ダブルベッドの部屋に一人で宿泊したのですが、もし二人だったらスーツケースの開閉にいちいちストレスだと思います。（毎回パッキングしなおして、立てた状態でないと置く場所がない）2～3泊用のスーツケースであればギリギリラックの上に開いて置けます。

第一次入住，地方很難找。門外沒有招牌，門外只有一個電話和密碼鎖•房間很細小、不能平放行李箱。但是整體是乾淨，服務員態度都很好

ที่พักหายากเพราะไม่มีป้ายติดหน้าโรงแรมให้เห็นเลย แต่ข้างในห้องพักดีมาก เตียงนอนสบาย ห้องน้ำสะอาด มีไดร์เป่าผม มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เรียบร้อย เวลาจะเดินทางไปไหนใกล้สถานีรถไฟ แนะนำให้ใช้สายสีแดงสถานีชื่อชวงเหลียง จะเปลี่ยนสายน้อยกว่า เที่ยวสะดวกมากค่ะ ระหว่างทางเดินไปรถไฟฟ้าสถานีชวงเหลียง ใครต้องการกินชานมร้าน xing fu tang แต่ที่ ximen คิวยาวเป็นโล แนะนำให้กินที่นี่เลย ไม่ต้องรอคิว สำหรับการหาโรงแรมง่ายๆ คือเดินมาจากรถไฟฟ้าสายสีเหลืองเจอคาร์ฟูลแล้วเดินเลยไปอีกนิดหน่อย หาเลข 163 นะคะ แล้วกดโทรศัพท์โทรหารีเซบชั่นค่ะ หากจะปักหมุดหาในกูเกิ้ล ปักคำว่า Ningxia stay ค่ะ

입구가 찾기 힘들어요
위치도 괜찮고 위험하지도 않은 곳인데 입구를 못 찾아서 30분을 앞에서 왔다갔다ㅠ 맞은편 호텔 직원한테 도움 받아 찾았네요.. 어떤 호스텔이랑 겸업?하는듯ㅋㅋ 구글 지도에는 그 호스텔 이름으로 뜨더라구요 근데 같은 곳이였어요 매일 청소해주고 수건 주고 괜찮았어요

念のため耳栓の準備をしておくと安心です。
最初に道路に面した入口ドアでインターホンを使ってドアを開けるパスワードを聞く必要があります。 二泊しましたがチェックイン手続きをしてくれた担当の方はとても感じが良く、お掃除の方と行き合った時もたいへんにこやかに接することができました。 最寄り二駅、夜市、迪化街へは徒歩圏内、有名なお茶屋さんとカルフールはすぐそば、美味しいお店も周囲に多くて立地的には文句なしです。 ただし、同じフロアの部屋の話し声、ドアの開閉、廊下の足音、上階の排水音が非常に響きます。逆に自分も他の部屋へ同じ思いをさせているということでしょう。 自分の場合、一日目は声と物音の大きな人たちが泊まっていたらしく耳栓必須でしたが、二泊目は静かなものでした。 部屋は狭いですが内装は新しく、トイレと仕切りのある湯量・水圧ともに十分なシャワーブース、シャンプー、シャワージェル、バスタオル、洗面台、冷蔵庫、ミネラルウォーターが備えられ、設備としては十分です。 総合的に、価格を考えるとかなりお得だと思います。 これよりもハイグレードな環境を望む人はそれなりのコストを対価とすべきでしょう。 また台北再訪の折にはお世話になりまたいと思います。
