“Great stay overall. New hotel with stunning landscape. The rooftop onsen is amazing, strongly recommend to go. Hotel locates right on top of a new mall, various shops and restaurants around. Very convinience. Just one thing about the cleaniness of the house keeping which i concerned. There are 2 options for room keeping service: 1\. Simple cleaning, 2\. Full Cleaning. I feel quite upset that no matter which options I chose, the glasses nor the cups did not clean or change for me. The coffee stain……
