“The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. “The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it.
Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests.
The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “.
It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……
