“This boutique hotel is beautiful. The staff are truley amazing. I had difficulties getting in my room after arriving later than anticipated. A got a call immediately as its self check in. Anyway the lady who rang me was so helpful even said she would jump in het car to come and assist me. This was around midnight too. “The location is great. Minute walk from the bus stop. Also right next to the Marsalforn beach. Plenty of choices for dining places along the seaside. The room is clean and tidy. “Hotel is fine, close to the beach. But we had the following issues during our three night stays: Room cleaning first day stopped at around 12, although checkin time is at 3pm. Next day we did have room cleaning, but forgot to give as toilet paper Then, we didnt have water for a few hours. Never told us the plan to fix it. It came back a few hours later, with some small power outage Then, the fire alarm rung close to 8am., for the whole building. Everybody walking downstairs to the lobby...……

"Hotel is new compare to others in gozo. Room is comfy. The cleaning can be improved. The breakfast is good. But lack of salad vegetable. And the cups are not very clean. There r flies in the outdoor dining area. But I think it’s the best one at Marsalforn area"
