"This house was amazing! The neighborhood is a little concerning due to the number of car lots in the area but the house made up for it! We felt safe and the hot tub outside was delightful. The kitchen is large and accommodating for several people cooking and eating together and the number of bedrooms was perfect for multiple families. The house was also very clean and cozy with all the extra sheets, towels, and kitchen necessities you would need, including food to make a quick pasta meal if you check in late!"

"The property is beautiful!! The view and backyard alone is worth the stay. We were able to have a great wedding weekend and the house was very accessible/amenable to even have grandparents join us to help babysit a toddler and a baby for the actual wedding evening. Also, we were able to walk to a playground and nature trails just down the street. It was an easy drive to downtown."

"This property is cute, comfy, homey, relaxing and tucked away for privacy, while being close enough to pop into the hub of the city. The hot tub is a bonus- very clean. Comfy couches and throws on the deck to enjoy your morning cup of joe. Well stocked with anything and everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. Carol and Bill are excellent hosts! "Lots of stairs and minimal parking but we knew that from previous reviews. Amount of space and location was great for us. Only drawback was the overall cleanliness of the home. I would recommend a deep clean and maybe replacing some items like throw pillows and kitchen items. Many of the dishes were dirty - lipstick marks and sticky knives. I might just be really picky. Overall we would stay again. "

"Thank you so much! This was the perfect place to stay for a group of friends. We watched baby geese play while drinking our coffee in the morning. Our plans ended up getting canceled due to rain so we all just came back and relaxed. We will hopefully come back and stay again. "

"Property was clean and organized. Plenty of extra linens available for our use. We had a small issue upon our arrival and the property management was quick to respond and actually handled it while we were exploring local waterfalls so we weren't in their way. Two members of our family have dietary restrictions and the kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our meals and the place is also located close to a Trader Joe's for quick fixes. We actually found a local pizza spot (Milwaukie Pizza Co.) that also accommodated our needs the first night. While we were there we also checked out Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum (about an hour away), as well as the city of Portland, the OMSI and Powell's City of Books. The management company also provided a book of local spots of sorts which was a nice touch. I believe someone was occupying the other unit and we never really heard them. I also used the washer & dryer unit before we left and it worked well. My thirteen year old called the shower a "space capsule" since the glass closes on it's own. I thought that was funny. This location checked all the boxes. Thank you for helping us to explore this section of Oregon. "
