We had a very nice, quiet time with our short stay to watch a nationals cross country race in Tallahassee. Location is great! Close to everything. Parking right next to the entrance. Very well set up inside with everything we could need. Very clean. An abundance of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner provided; kitchen with every needed tool or appliance. We would stay again.

Great host. Was kind enough to extend our checkout, luckily we didn’t end up needing to stay any later but it was nice having the extra cushion of time if needed. Amazing apartment and nicely updated in a great location for our FSU campus visit.

Location could not have been better. So close to the stadium and the spot where our family was tailgating. I loved that the host provided coffee! Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed.

Host Brad was great! Place was clean and had been renovated - the pictures online are accurate. Great location for FSU games. Enjoyed it! Will stay here again.

Perfect place to stay! The house was well equipped with all that we needed and then some! The coffee bar was AMAZING, the beds were comfortable, and the decor beautiful!! I would stay here again!! Brad communicated very well.

The inside of the property was great. Looks just like pictures. Communication and instructions were great. I would recommend a front door without glass to make me feel safer. Need an extra double lock.

Great Stay Close to FSU

Brad was an excellent host! After our first VRBO was cancelled due to a hurricane, we had to make alternate reservations with very little time. Brad responded to my initial inquiry immediately, answered all my questions quickly, and helped us with our booking in a matter of hours. The property was minutes away from Collegetown and the FSU campus. Everything was immaculate, plenty of amenities, and a beautiful VRBO. Check-in was clearly communicated and the host was flexible with our schedule.

We had a great stay. Our host was very communicative and easy to work with. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The community was safe inside of the gates. Both pools were a good size and very clean. Great location to FSU stadium and College Town. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way!

Checked in after a late arrival, the host described the arrival process to a T. The Apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The decor was super cute and friendly. Nice updated appliances and TV in all rooms. Wifi was easy to use. Smart TVs for every need. Coffe bar was stocked, just need your own creamer. We stayed two nights in complete cleanliness and comfort. We are hoping to come back in September.

Perfect condo for a five night stay for husband to work in Tallahassee. I worked from the condo and had ample space to be comfortable. Comfortable beds and adorable decor. Really lovely condo with two nice/clean pools to use in the gated community.

Perfect place to stay

Our stay here was exactly as described. We needed to be near FSU and was the perfect location to the university and airport, we just weren’t sure about the surrounding neighborhood but the community is gated. The condo and pool areas were very clean. Appliances and AC were all very nice as we did cook and do laundry so was important to us. The beds were very comfortable comfy too and able to get a great nights sleep. Brad answered all of our questions promptly! We will be back!

FSU Visit

The property was very clean. The owner was easy to get in touch with, helpful, and replied to messages very quickly. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and located close to FSU which was the reason we were in town.

Must Book for Family Vacay!!!

PERFECT place to stay with your family. We were central to everything in the city so commuting was timeless!! The entire condo was amazing from the entry way to the warm and inviting bedrooms. It was very neat and well decorated with lots of natural sunlight. The kitchen looked stunning and including everything needed to make dinner time a breeze. This was truly our home away from home!! The host was very helpful and polite the entire stay. We will definitely book this rental again!!

Super Clean & Looks exactly like pictures!

Visiting from Boston. This home is very clean which is a huge plus for me. There is everything that you need in the house from fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, shampoo conditioner and body wash attached to showers, cute balcony etc.. The check in/out process is super easy and owners very responsive. They also honored a little later checkout due to flight delay. Only stayed a couple of days to tour colleges in the area which are super convenient to get to. Def need a car to get around, very close to airport (about 10-15 mins). No issues at all and would stay again if in the area. This is in a condo/townhouse gated complex, felt very safe. Thank you for having us.
