“The resort is a good option if you have kids and are after an open bar resort! Don’t expect peace and quietness before 11pm, kids will scream all night long playing and the rooms do not have sound proof insulation, you can hear a pin drop at your neighbor’s room! Other than that, the beach is horrible and not beautiful at all, probably the ugliest beach in the state with a brown water from a river nearby.
The food is good, but nothing special. Its definitely overpriced and its probably because……

“It’s rare that we end up paying so much for a poor choice of food, long lines to get anything. A ‘WhatsApp’ reservation process for their ‘restaurants’ that more difficult to navigate than a dense text book. And the bathrooms are awful and outdated with mold even in our ‘updated’ room. And for an ‘all inclusive’ hotel. no complimentary beer or welcome package of wine or champagne. The beds in these rooms are awful. They are as hard as I can imagine and there are no comfortable bedsheets - just……
