The property was very clean. The communication was very good. The only thing I did not like was having to call twice for them to take the hold off of my card after checking out. Although the staff was very nice and patient when I called. I will visit here again.

We liked the amenities. The pool and club house were great and the fire pit was also nice. Only if they had more than 1 fire pit or a hot tub for the fall travelers. The bed needs cleaning or possibly a new mattress. I’m sure the master bedroom has bedbugs or something of that nature. I have over 50 bite marks and so does my other 4 family members. The sofa smells and the pots, pans, dishes and pillow cases were dirty with stains. I’d have to reconsider if I want to stay here ever again. It’s beautiful and modern but the looks were deceiving. I expected a better stay without so many bite marks and itch my entire trip. I’d give a 2/10 overall because of the amenities. Also, no extra towels. They had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate at least 5 but only 3 bath towels. Disappointed.

The cleanliness of the grounds was amazing & dealing with our customer service rep Miguel made our experience smooth. Our unit was cleaned to perfection upon arrival. Customer service overall was amazing, 10/10 would recommend!
