“This was a very clean and comfortable stay! Very convenient walk to shops & restaurants. Would definitely come back!”

“When I first walked in to the hotel, I became worried that I made a mistake. It smelled VERY strongly of perfume on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor and didn't smell, thankfully. The room was clean and our bedding was clean. Only real complaint is the bed and pillows. Both my husband and I sunk into the bed and it made sleeping difficult. But overall, I am not disappointed with the stay.”

“Beds were comfortable, but there were not enough blankets. Very nice coffee shop next door that opens early. Perfect "home base" spot for the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive.”

“Good, I like there”

“Room was clean. No coffee maker, no iron or ironing board, TV only had a few channels, breakfast was TERRIBLE. Only bread and some corn flakes and no milk. You couldn’t get coffee until they unlocked the door at 7:00 AM. No table in room if you brought takeout food to eat. People outside room at 3:30-4:00 AM very loud. Great parking and air conditioning.”

“Easily accessible from road. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.”

“Nita at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to Tavares historic district and beautiful waterfront.”

“Very friendly host! Space was all we needed. Super duper clean.”

“The front staff was amazing! My bf and I enjoyed how spacious the room was. He loved the smell of the shower gel. The only real issues for us were the pillows( not soft enough and there were only 3, most hotels offer 4 for the king-sized beds. And the biggest issue honestly was the size of the TV and the difficulty trying to get the TV to work correctly. The shower was amazing, my bf commented on how good the water pressure was. We really enjoyed ourselves. Also, we LOVED the pool!”

“Property was not safe. The deck was not safe, a lot of the boards were rotted and my foot went through. The shower was not safe due to the unlevel floors, making it slippery. All inside the place the floors were not even, waving up and down. Definite foundation work is needed. The building is not up to code. Ceilings are not high enough. Electrical is not up to current code. Hard to imagine the place has a certificate of habitation. This feels like a large shed, transformed into a place to stay……

“The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate and very peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning out on the screened in patio. Ashton, the host was extremely accommodating and sweet-she even left us a "Happy 4th of July" cake! The house was perfectly located as well. It was only a few minute walk to beautiful, charming downtown Mount Dora which was full of great boutiques, antique/vintage stores and amazing……
