“The tub in our room was unfortunately not working, though we were moved to another room to accommodate us. I do wish we had been informed of the issue ahead of time. Additionally, both the interior and exterior of the property felt a bit outdated. “Booked the Penthouse but had to switch rooms to a smaller suite due to the AC not working even after maintenance inspected it. I was really surprised how dirty the couch in the Penthouse was. The seat cushions were so filthy I could see brown discoloration. This was surprising because the hotel and rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything looked immaculate.
