1. We expected to get a real, much bigger cabin for $400 per night. The cabin wasn't too bad, but we just don't feel we got the value for our money. The bedroom was dark and actually felt smaller than the one you get in the airstreams. Same thing with the shower.
2. Several things in the room were sloppy - the WiFi did not work properly and we needed to take important calls from the main cabin. We also couldn't use the smart TV without really long buffering. The shower door wouldn't close and we couldn't take showers without drying the bathroom floor afterward.
3. Autocamp is not suited for long stays. The units aren't cleaned during the stay and after 2-3 days the cabin was really muddy and uncomfortable (inevitable considering the camp environment). We also had to ask for replenishment of toilet paper, garbage bags, and coffee.
4. The kitchen missed some basic equipment - sift, spatula, and maybe some sort of oil for cooking - that's kind of basic.
5. I would say the staff members were extremely nice and addressed the replenishment issues without any problems, yet as a guest, you would expect to not worry about these things for that price tag.
