“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t……

“Super clean and super cute. Only 15 minutes from Dreams Park and about 15 minutes from town which made for a very private and quiet stay. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would stay there again!”

“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”

“If I ever need to come back to Little Falls, this will be where I stay! The host has done her very best with this historic property. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen is well equipped. This little perch in the sky is great for watching the world go by and the beautiful views. Are the stairs steep? Yes. It’s an old building. Get in some free cardio. Reward yourself with some slices from Ed’s or a Reuben from downstairs. Fantastic. The grocery store is like 2 blocks away and well stocked, and……

“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.”
