“Check in was easy. We parked a car in the very clean garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barb got back to us quickly with a question. The area is quiet and private with places to sit outdoors. You could see a horse next door at its stable. The area is beautiful and close to Rochester with its many good restaurants. ”

“Amazing thought to guest’s comfort and every possible need. Very welcoming. The property is clean. There lots of space inside and outside to relax and enjoy. Yvette served a delicious hot breakfast in the morning. ”

“Stayed here for one night as we passed through on a road trip. Great value place with three bedrooms. Clean and comfortable. The AC devices with will for the living room able the main bedroom. Other bedrooms are a bit warm. But the fans worked well enough. I'd stay here again!”

“The home was in a very quiet neighborhood, and easy access to Rochester. The kitchen had everything we needed……..except aluminum foil ”

“Property is as listed. It is a fully operational farm so keep that in mind. We went up for a race weekend @ Deer creek speedway. Does offer amenities including washer, dryer, toaster, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Pull out sofa along with some cots. Shower and toilet, it is also equipped with ac/heat. Does have a barn available ( more or less camping ). Would visit again. ”

“This is a great property. Peaceful, surrounded by fields & forests, birds singing, and fresh air. Wonderful parks and trails near by. Dan was a great host. I want to come back and stay in the fall and winter. This would also be a great place for a family get away”
