“Great historic place that has great charm.”

“When we arrived the staff was very put out to help us get checked in, then made several negative comments about where we are from The bathroom was not very clean, the paint is pulling from the wall and the shower insert is also pulling away from the wall. The ceiling was also peeling away. It was vey loud as children ran up and down the hall and semeed to be jumping on the floor above us.”

“Everything at the Hen House is spectacular! My friend and I were visiting for a local arts festival in Lanesboro and this spot was perfect. The house was sweet and comfortable. We used the amazing craft space to get ready for the festival too! Will definitely stay again, thank you!”

“We booked to get out in nature and unwind. This property checked the boxes. It’s something different and location was great. There are a lot additional fees that drive the cost up. While it was nice to feel secluded away from people, the porta potty was from the 80s and pretty gross. We would have had more room in a tent and would have been much cheaper.”

“Delightful and comfortable 2-night stay. We would stay again. Peterson is a quiet town as compared to Lansboro and right in the bicycle trail.”
