“The location was fantastic. It is right in the beautiful town of Perth and adjacent to the town park. The park has concerts, walking trails and a beautiful river flowing through. It was nice I didn't even need to cross a street to use the park.”

“The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol.”

“The staff are very friendly, the price is reasonable and there is AC. As well the breakfast is very good. That all said, the hotel could easily get 4 stars, but it needs a bit of work. The buildings are in rough shape and our shower didn’t work and there was no hot water.”
