Greeted by lovely staff. Room was a compact double (our 4 yr old co sleeps with us anyway but this room size definitely wouldn’t work if not Co sleeping as room is not large enough to accommodate a pull out bed) Desk, TV, wardrobe and compact shower room Use of common room - fairly small for a hostel - dining table that seats 6 some taller bar tables, a sofa and bean bags. Communal fridge/sink, kettle, microwave and 2 burner hob (queues to use at busy periods and this was off season) Garden area - not set up when we visited in March but I’m sure a lovely space for summer. Great central location Excellent breakfast and choices Good coffee Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, it was far better than many of the private apartments we booked along our travels. We walked a lot, around the waterfront and in what is solely a residential area. At the entrance of the property was a bus stop to downtown. The people at the desk were all very nice. Quick easy check in and out. A nice pool."
