Relaxing in Telluride

Posted Sep 19, 2016
Pros: The location and the way you could drive up to the condo to load/unload, then move car to park away from buildings. Grounds were pretty; grills, etc.
Cons: The beds in unit 517 are at the end of their life downstairs and in pull out bed.
Location: Lots of fun exploring of stores, the gondola trip up mountain, walking along the stream or into the trails nearby.
The condo was located close enough to gondola to walk to and if you didn't want to walk to it, you had easy access to the Galloping Goose public, free transportation. Lots of room to cook, shower, view mountains, etc.

Very convenient location.

Nice to have a condo rather than a hotel with a dishwasher and washer dryer (especially since everything gets wet with the winter activities). The telluride lodge is where we stayed, and very convenient location right next to grocery store. A 5 minute walk to the gondola, but the galloping goose (free shuttle) stop is right by the parking lot. Would stay here again, although some of the units need a little TLC to bring them into the 21st century.

Good Location

Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Clean, great location
Location: Located within walking distance to bakery, gondola, restraunts, trails, etc.
Good location to downtown and gondola. We could see Bridal Veil Falls from our deck. Had EVERYTHING in the kitchen you would need. Stayed in the summer so had to have windows open to cool things off upstairs, but could hear ALL foot and street traffic all night.

Cons: Ability to recycle the usual glass, paper and aluminum was not available. Provide fresh towels only when left on floor for environmental reasons.
Great location at west end of town, easy to walk to center of town to access stores and restaurants, gondola and walking trails. Quiet w great view of surrounding mountains. Spacious 2 bedroom w 3 floors providing plenty of privacy, each bedroom w own bathroom. Kitchen setup w full amenities. Cleaning staff came daily for trash and to provide new towels.

We all liked it!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The temperature control in the rooms.
Location: The gondola to Telluride is close enough.
We were 6 friends and enjoyed our stay very much. The beds are comfortable and each had it's own bathroom.

Great property in the town of Telluride

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: The master suite was amazing and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped.
Cons: The futon mattress on the bottom bunk was not very comfortable. Combined it with futon mattress from master room to make it more comfortable.
Location: On a very quiet street. Only noise was the shuttle driving by. One block up to Colorado for shopping and dining. 3 blocks over for the free gondola
Smooth check in. Catered to special request for parking and check out. clean and comfortable townhome. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Beautiful, updated kitchen was stocked with all of the basics. Master bathroom had a jet tub and steam shower that felt amazing after a day of skiing. 2 blocks from the grocery store or main street for shopping and restaurants. About 3 blocks from the gondola and ski lifts. Free shuttle picks up and drops off on the corner. Quiet location. Great staff.

Beautiful Mountain Village location

Posted Dec 25, 2012
Pros: interior decorating was superb
Cons: front door lock
Location: great location and access to Mountain Village
Check in office not staffed. Would have been nice to have some minor questions answered at check in, but picking up key and gaining access to unit was not a problem. Otherwise, the condo was very clean and we had a very enjoyable stay in Telluride

adequate, but don't get your hopes up...

Pros: good location
Cons: no outside patio or balcony
pros: the price, location, and roominess of the 2-bdrm condo cons: internet did not work, tv reception very poor, hidden cleaning fee of $25/day definitely not a "luxury" property - old and a bit worn, but not unexpected for the price. this could have been fabulous, if everything worked properly and if the property managers invested in some of the niceties that travelers appreciate - including professional staff. most disappointing was the horrific deck that faced the interior of the property, with smells and noises from the restaurant next door. a broken rusted old deck chair included - ha! we were jealous of the neighbors with their balcony where they could sit outside and enjoy the magnificent beauty of Telluride.

Not a great place to stay on a business trip.

Pros: The condominium was relatively quite aside from the star wars movie.
Cons: The condominium was very hot and stuffy
Location: Too far away from the town of Telluride.
The condominium was hot and stuffy with little or no air flow without the aid of the fan which was located in the living room when I arrived. On the 3nd night I couldn't keep the windows open due to a star wars movie they were playing in a nearby ampitheatre. Comparing the high cost to value I'll go elsewhere the next time around.
