Not enough Staff to help with our luggages.
we were on hold for 20 minutes on the phone, to ask questions?

Everything was great. Wish the accommodation included the steam room and sauna. It was a $75.00 if I wanted to use the steam toom.

The location is great, close to Old Town Temecula and in the heart of the wine valley.
I am in the hotel business - appreciated the staff - very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself, however, is very dated and needs a refresh badly (and while a nit, the showerhead placement is the oddest I've ever seen and does not work very well). Fitness center was very nice. Finally, F&B program is lacking - only one restaurant/bar and hideously overpriced.

Hotel was very nice. Issues with the restaurant— we were a party of 10 and service was slow, one of our party didn’t get his meal until the rest of us were finished (his meal was comped; it was an error by the cook), 3 complaints about too much salt in salads and a salmon dish; the waiter took way too much time getting our orders tallied for payment. Overall judgment: none of us would go back to the restaurant.
